The Guilty, film en français - Callum Crane est un avocat renommé de devenir juge lorsque, en raison de désirs charnels motivés par l'alcool, faire quelque chose qui va avoir des conséquences dévastatrices: agresse sexuellement son assistant Sophie beau et tout neuf. Elle menace de lui dire à tous, et donc détruire sa carrière et la relation fragile avec sa femme Natalie. Pendant ce temps, Nathan, un jeune petit délinquant, Grue découvre que son vrai père et décide de le chercher. Par une étrange ironie du sort, le colocataire de l'ami de Nathan Sophie, Tanya devient, quand on trouve près de l'office de Crane.
