LE FILM - SYNOPSIS ET DÉTAILS DU FILM
The Case of the Stuttering Bishop, film en français - Un évêque de l'Australie vient à Perry pour lui demander de prendre un cas d'une femme accusée à tort d'homicide involontaire coupable 22 ans avant. L'affaire impliquerait les riches M. Brownley et le fait que sa petite-fille présumée peut être un imposteur. Avec cela, l'évêque sort et est matraqué dans sa chambre d'hôtel. Peu de temps après, il quitte sur un bateau et Perry rencontre la femme - Ida Gilbert. Perry va voir M. Brownley, mais ne mène nulle part. Plus tard cette nuit, Brownley est de répondre à Ida, mais il est abattu par une femme qui descend l'arme de Ida. Ida est arrêté pour l'assassiner de M. Brownley et Perry est impliqué.
