Ruin, film en français - Phirun a 19 ans et vit à Phnom Penh. Un jour, il est accusé de vol et involontairement blesse son employeur. Phirun échappe et lors de sa fuite, il rencontre Sovanna; un lien puissant se développe entre les deux d'entre eux, et se développe dans l'amour. Amiel Courtin-Wilson est australien, et a fait ses débuts au Festival de Sundance en 2000 avec Chasing Bouddha; depuis, il a fait beaucoup de films, projeté dans les grands festivals de cinéma. En 2011, il a dirigé la grêle, présenté à la 68e Mostra de Venise dans la section Orizzonti. Michael Cody, producteur, réalisateur et scénariste, a souvent collaboré avec Courtin-Wilson et maintenant ils sont de retour avec Ruin.
