LE FILM - SYNOPSIS ET DÉTAILS DU FILM
A Pearl in the Forest, film en français - Ceci est l'histoire d'un jeune couple dont la vie nouvellement planifiée a été détruit par l'impact des grandes purges de 1934? 1938 en Mongolie. L'objectif principal de ce film était de fournir un témoignage pour les nombreuses Bouriates et les Mongols qui ont été persécutés pendant les Grandes Purges initiées par Joseph Staline. En 1937 et 1938, de nombreuses personnes, et même des familles entières, ont été tués après avoir été accusé à tort de conspirations. Le film a été tourné sur place près du village bouriate Dadal dans la province Khentii de la Mongolie. La participation d'acteur et d'autres de beaucoup de villageois locaux était un excellent ajout à l'authenticité du film.
