Cadet Kelly, film en français - Kelly Collins (Hilary Duff) est un adolescent, plein de créativité et toujours à jour sur les questions de la mode, qui est contraint d'adhérer à une école militaire où son beau-père sert comme commandant en chef. Malgré sa maladresse, ce qui causera sa formation comme une recrue est un véritable bâclée, Kelly lutte pour s'adapter. Mais il doit être utilisé à fond comme il rencontrera le capitaine Pierre Cadet (Christy Carlson Romano), une stricte officielle qui va tout faire pour le faire échouer.
